Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Balaji Udyog, we strive to ensure our customers receive high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed or dispatched.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted after order confirmation or shipment.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
Returns will only be accepted for valid reasons.
If you experience any issue with the product within 7 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging to qualify for replacement.
Non-returnable items include:
Products made to your specifications or customized per your request.
Items that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
Items that cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons once unsealed.
Items that are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning any products, if applicable.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Replacements will only be processed after we receive the returned goods or proof of delivery.
4. Refunds
No refunds will be issued once the order is placed. In case of any genuine issue or defect found in the product,
a replacement will be provided after proper verification. No additional fees will be charged for valid replacements.
5. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once it is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
